Lindsey Maloof, Associate Veterinarian

Dr. Maloof grew up in Milford, Massachusets. After high school, she attended Cook College Rutgers University in New Jersey, and earned her Bachelor's degree in Animal Science. Dr. Maloof graduated with a Doctorate of Veterinary Medicine in 2007. The summer after graduation, she dug up her roots again and moved west to Utah. Dr. Maloof has been working for VCA All Pet Animal Hospital and enjoying it ever since.

Dr. Maloof's professional interests include small animal internal medicine, rabbit medicine, and the human-animal bond. She also enjoys working with the local rescue groups CAWS and Utah Friends of Basset Hounds to support their goals and help animals in need find their forever home. She continues to advance her knowledge and skills in veterinary medicine; regularly attending conferences and Salt Lake veterinary journal club meetings. Dr. Maloof currently serves as one of the Salt Lake District Representatives of the Utah Veterinary Medical Association, and is an active member of the AVMA and UVMA.

Outside of work Dr. Maloof enjoys practicing and competing in dog agility trials, experiencing new adventures with her husband Chris, traveling, and trying new restaurants and foods. She has two dogs Charlie and Jake, and a cat Ecco. She is also expecting her first child in August of 2016.
