Allison Lott, Staff Veterinarian

DVM

Joining our team in March 2017, Dr. Allison Lott has become an integral part of our incredible team here at VCA Anderson Mill Animal Hospital. As a member of the American Veterinary Medical Association, the Texas Veterinary Medical Association, and the Capital Area Veterinary Medical Association, Dr. Lott offers unique expertise.

Growing up in Katy, Texas, Dr. Lott knew she was interested in helping animals at an early age. Allison also worked at a boarding kennel, in a research lab with rats and mice, at a deer farm raising fawns, and interning at a zoo.

Dr. Lott graduated Magna Cum Laude from Baylor University in 2012 receiving a Bachelor’s degree in Biology. She then went on to obtain her doctorate of veterinary medicine from Texas A&M University, graduating Cum Laude in 2016.

In her free time, Dr. Lott enjoys taking in as many outdoor activities, including hiking and camping, and also likes attending the live music shows that Austin, Texas has to offer. At home, she enjoys baking and sewing, and spending time with her 2 pups. She owns a Lab/Border collie mix, named Mulligan, and a Pointer/Whippet mix, named Lena.
