Jodie Humphries, Hospital Manager
Jodie is the practice manager here at VCA Anderson Mill Animal Hospital. She started her journey with VCA AMAH as a receptionist in 2012. Jodie moved on to receptionist supervisor and then assistant practice manager before being named practice manager in 2015. Some of her responsibilities include staff training, client relations, resource management, and making sure daily operations run smoothly.
Jodie received her Bachelor of Arts in Biology from the University of Texas. Her career of 20+ years in the veterinary field began in 1995 as a vet tech in emergency animal hospital. Jodie enjoys the caring and friendly environment at VCA Anderson Mill Animal Hospital along with the amazing staff. Everyone shares a common goal in providing the best possible care for clients and their pets.
When she isn’t working, Jodie enjoys reading, gardening, hiking, riding her horse Galaxy, and spending time with her husband and two children. Jodie has a dog named Griffin, and four cats named Inara, Simon, Jasper, and Malcom. She also has a snake, rabbit, two guinea pigs, and too many fish to count!
