Dr. Haeyon Anna Lee grew up moving around multiple cities including Seoul, New York and Los Angeles. She received her undergraduate degree in Anthropology from SUNY Buffalo and her Doctorate of Veterinary Medicine degree from Ross University. She completed her clinical rotations at the University of Missouri College of Veterinary Medicine in 2012.
Since then Dr. Lee has returned to New York City and has been working in Manhattan, Brooklyn, Staten Island and Long Island before she joining Animal General. Her professional interests are soft tissue surgery, internal medicine and wild life conservation. Before pursuing her veterinary career she was working as a documentary photographer.
Dr. Lee resides in Brooklyn with her dog €œBambi€ whom she rescued from the Caribbean 4 years ago. Outside of work she enjoys road trips, cooking, photography and canoeing on the East river.
