Jason Steenis, Staff Veterinarian

Dr. Steenis graduated from the University of South Florida with degrees in Biomedical Sciences & Physics. He received his veterinary degree from Western University of Health Sciences in Southern California. Here he found his medical interests and skills to include internal medicine, surgery, radiology, dermatology and emergency/critical care. His experience comes from working in many different veterinary hospitals, including specialty practices, and even the Johannesburg Zoo over the last 20+ years.

Dr. Steenis lives with his wife, Dion; his 2 boys River & Hawk; 2 dogs, Madison & Josie; and cat, Frankie. He enjoys watching football and hockey, snowboarding, running half marathons, surfing, and hiking.
