This is Ashlyn, she is one of the lead technicians at VCA Ashford Animal Hospital. She has been in the veterinary field almost 10 years, five of which have been with VCA Ashford, with experience in general practice and emergency medicine. Ashlyn started out as a kennel technician and worked her way through the ranks, eventually landing as a lead tech, inventory/equipment manager, and trainer. She has a strong interest in radiology and hopes to eventually become a veterinary technologist specializing in radiology. VCA Ashford is one of the most unique hospitals Ashlyn has worked for. The range of experience and knowledge of the doctors and technicians allows for constant gold standard care and will always trust them with her pets. Speaking of pets, she has quite the menagerie! Currently her husband and herself are owned by nine cats, Luke, Zebby, Rosie, Jinx, Pickett, Ciri, Newt, Leo, and Hercules, a leopard gecko named Marvin, and an African bullfrog named Jalapeño. In her free time she enjoys reading, spending time with family and pets, and fostering kittens! She is excited to see where her path in veterinary medicine leads and is happy that it will be with VCA Ashford!
