Please download and fill out our Boarding Contract prior to arrival for easier check in.

Refer to policies page for boarding requirements.

Pick up

Check out is by 10:00 PM. After 10:00 PM, pickups will incur an additional fee of the cost of the day’s stay.

If a pet is not picked up on the scheduled departure date, VCA Becker will attempt to contact the owner to make other arrangements.

We require ½ payment upon arrival for established boarding pets and full payment for new clients.

Personal Belongings

As of 07/01/22, VCA Becker Pet Resort is no longer taking any personal belongings such as beds, bedding, collars, harnesses, bowls, etc. We are making this adjustment to maintain our high standards of hygiene and care for your loved  ones during their stay with us. Upon their arrival, we provide all bedding/bowls and refresh their suites consistently throughout the day to maintain cleanliness. If you have questions about this, please discuss with the Pet Resort Shift Lead on duty.
