Dr. Samantha Aldrich graduated from the University of Connecticut in 2014 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Biological Studies. She earned her Doctor of Veterinary Medicine in 2021 at the Cummings School of Veterinary Medicine at Tufts University. Following graduation from veterinary school, Dr. Aldrich completed a small animal medicine and surgery rotating internship at a busy VCA hospital in Massachusetts. Her special medical interests include preventative medicine, dermatology and internal medicine.
Dr. Aldrich was born and raised in Cape Cod, Massachusetts. She enjoys exploring the outdoors, knitting, traveling, and spending time with family and friends. Although she has been a New Englander for most her life, she is excited to be moving to the South with her husband, their goofy hound-mix, Abe, and their two trouble-making kitties, Rambo and Magoo. She is very excited to be joining the VCA Carriage Hills team.
