Natasha J., Veterinary Assistant Supervisor

Natasha is currently a Veterinary Assistant and is enrolled in Penn Foster for her Associate's in Veterinary Technology. She was recently the area recipient of VCA’s Scholarship program! She has been employed with VCA Chestatee since July 2015 and that is when her career in the veterinary field began. She was born in Arizona, but grew up in Cleveland, GA, and attended White County High School. She is an avid animal lover and care giver and her pets include five dogs – Petey, Paisley, Bo, Bug, and Puppy; three cats – Cali, Holly, and Julius; and a 2-year old rabbit named Bugs. She has a wide range of hobbies including camping, hiking, crafts, sewing, knitting, crocheting, traveling, and reading.

When asked why she enjoys working at VCA Chestatee, she says: “I love working near the community I live in; I get to see familiar faces every day. We have a close knit family relationship at VCA Chestatee, which allows us to communicate well, ensuring great patient care.“
