Sam E., Veterinary Assistant

Where did you grow up?
I grew up in Old Bridge, New Jersey. I moved to Arizona back in 2014 and have loved living here since!

Favorite hiking spot in the Valley?
You can never go wrong with Camelback! Challenging, but also rewarding with great views once you reach the top.

What was your first pet?
My first pet was a Border Collie named Lucas, we adopted him from a humane society when I was seven.

Best way to spend a Saturday?
Definitely with my dogs and my family. Nothing beats quality time with my pups.

My favorite part working with animals is:
I can genuinely say I love what I do as a vet tech with a passion. The fact I get to come to work everyday and in some way or another help an animal if they're either sick or not is definitely rewarding.
