Dr. Stone is originally from New Mexico but has made Colorado her home. She began her career in veterinary medicine when she graduated from Colorado's own Bel-Rea Institute of Animal Technology in 2005 and worked as a Certified Veterinary Technician full time while going to school part time. She received her Bachelor of Science degree in 2010 from Metropolitan State University of Denver and graduated with her Doctorate of Veterinary Medicine in 2015 from Colorado State University. She joined our team in 2017.

Dr. Stone has a special interest in soft tissue surgery, radiology, dentistry, exotics, and preventative medicine. Her favorite part of her job is working with clients who love their animals like members of their family.

When she's not working, Dr. Stone enjoys snowboarding, camping, and riding her motorcycle. She shares her life with her husband Tom, their two children, and their furry family members.
