ACCT

ACCT Philly

ACCT Philly is the region’s largest animal care and control service provider, serving the City of Philadelphia by contract. ACCT Philly manages the city’s animal shelter facility in North Philadelphia handling nearly 18,000 animals, from dogs and cats, to small animals, reptiles, birds and wildlife, annually. ACCT Philly is open seven days a week – except for major holidays – for pet adoptions.

Animal Rescue League of Berks County

The Animal Rescue League of Berks County is a charitable 501c3 organization caring for nearly 4,500 animals each year to help them find second chances in a new home, or to help reunite them with their grateful owners.

Brandywine Valley SPCA (BVSPCA)

Founded in 1929, the Brandywine Valley SPCA exists to end animal suffering and to involve the entire community in the welfare and well-being of animals. Their mission is to put the "human" back in humane animal treatment and advocate on their behalf. Their vision is to be the recognized leader in animal welfare that empowers communities to treat life with respect and dignity. We participate in various spay-neuter programs for our local Humane Society and offer free post adoption examinations and provide covered care for their illnesses.

Delaware SPCA

The Delaware SPCA is a private nonprofit organization dedicated to enhancing the well-being of companion animals with their human caregivers and communities. They have been serving the state of Delaware since 1873. They promote the humane treatment of animals by providing adoption opportunities, low-cost veterinary services and educational programs. They do not receive federal or state funding, and there is no national SPCA. They rely primarily on support and donations from the community and individuals to carry on their work for the animals.

Galindo Veterinary Surgery and Orthopaedics (GVSO)

GVSO is a small veterinary practice limited to the art of surgery established by Dr. Salvador Galindo in the Lehigh Valley area. Dr. Galindo has extensive surgical experience, his interest include but not limited to orthopedics, soft tissue, arthroscopy, and laparoscopic-assisted procedures as well as neurologic surgeries.

Griffin Pond Animal Shelter

Griffin Pond Animal Shelter's mission is to investigate, help prosecute and prevent cruelty to animals while also promoting adoption awareness and humane education plus responsible pet ownership. They promote this all while caring for the animals surrendered to their shelter to the best of their ability every day until they find new loving homes.

Humane Society of Harrisburg

The Humane Society of Harrisburg Area assists over 10,000 animals a year through our residential care and adoption program, low-cost veterinary clinics, pet food bank, and counseling services.

Lehigh County Humane Society

Lehigh County Humane Society is a 24/7 organization caring for over 200 animals a day. They provide food, medical care, foster homes, adoption services, lost pet services, cruelty investigations, community outreach, and education.

Pennsylvania SPCA

The PSPCA’s mission is to protect animals, prevent cruelty and to improve the health and quality of life throughout Pennsylvania. They do this through four physical locations – North Philadelphia, Danville, Lancaster and Main Line Animal Rescue, as well as through their Humane Law Enforcement Department which covers 18 counties throughout the state.

Philly PAWS

Philly PAWS is a 501(c)3 non-profit organization dedicated to saving Philadelphia's homeless and at-risk animals. PAWS is the city's largest rescue partner and provider of low-cost, basic veterinary care for pet owners and rescue organizations that cannot otherwise access or afford it. Through its three no-kill shelters, foster care network, and special events, PAWS finds loving homes for thousands of animals each year. PAWS is working to make Philadelphia a no-kill city where every healthy and treatable pet is guaranteed a home.
