Dr. Laura Sellers was born and raised in the rolling plains of Kansas. She has wanted to be a veterinarian her entire life, and nearly every part of her journey has been centered around achieving this goal and honoring the human-animal bond. Dr. Sellers attended Kansas State University for her undergraduate degree in Animal Sciences and stayed on to be a Wildcat for 4 more years for her DVM. She graduated with her Doctor of Veterinary Medicine degree in May 2022. Her professional interests include internal medicine, soft tissue surgery, nutrition, dentistry, and preventive medicine. Dr. Sellers is eager to get to start her career as a veterinarian at VCA Fort Collins Animal Hospital practicing high-quality medicine with an amazing group of people. 

Dr. Sellers is excited to set down roots in beautiful Fort Collins and form long-term connections with her clients and patients. Outside of veterinary medicine, Dr. Sellers loves hiking, camping, skiing, reading, and baking. She loves exploring her new home with her boyfriend, Alex, and their three beloved pets, Sam, Penny, and Willow!
