Maxwell Dugan was born in Ohio and moved to Michigan, then resided in Charlotte North Carolina for his schooling. He completed his Bachelor of Science in Recreational Therapy from Western Carolina University. This led to opportunities to work in behavioral/psychiatric health facilities. Max also has previous administrative experience working in hospital networks. Max then furthered his education to obtain an MBA in Healthcare Management from Queens University of Charlotte. He loves to spend time outside, fitness, hanging with his dog Vi, and rock climbing.
