Dr. Erin Catching is very excited to be joining the team at VCA Highlands. She practiced small animal medicine at VCA Bradshaw Animal Hospital from 2006 to 2020. She is a 2005 graduate of the Veterinary School at the University of California, Davis and completed her internship at VCA Bay Area Veterinary Specialist in San Leandro.

Her special interests are in dermatology, internal medicine, nutrition, geriatric care, and practicing low stress handling. Dr. Catching is Fear Free Level 3 Certified. She especially loves puppy kisses! She has a rabbit named Mr. Scout and hopes to adopt a puppy soon. In her spare time, she enjoys traveling, crafts and gardening.
