When your pet is scheduled for boarding, please allow extra time to discuss and answer any questions the staff may have in regards to your pet's needs. The boarding and grooming desk hours are:
Grooming Drop-Off:
Monday - Saturday: 7:30 - 9:00 am
Grooming Pick-Up:
Monday - Saturday: 12:00 - 3:00 pm from the Grooming department or
Monday - Friday: 3:00 - 7:00 pm on the hospital side
Boarding Drop-Off or Pick-Up:
Monday - Friday: 8:00 am - 7:00 pm
Saturday: 8:00 am - 3:00 pm
Sunday: 9:00 - 10:00 am or 4:00 - 5:00 pm
When dropping your pet off for procedures, please allow extra time to meet with our "Patient Outreach Coordinator" to discuss and make decisions about your pet's care for the day.
