Client Service Representative

Darlene originally joined VCA Main Street family in 1988, after completing her veterinary assistants program, as a veterinary assistant and pharmacy clerk. She stayed on until 1995 when her and her husband decided to start a family. Now that her two children are grown, she is happy to be back at VCA Main Street. When Darlene is not at work, she loves to ride her horse, spend time with her family and her six cats.

Whether it's answering your calls, guiding you and your pet to the exam rooms or checking you in and out quickly, our Client Service representatives and Receptionists are dedicated to providing helpful client and patient support that raises the bar on customer service.
