Client Service Supervisor

Marla has been in the veterinary field over 20 years and with the VCA Main Street family since Sept. 1999. She started her career as a kennel assistant and eventually became a tech. She then realized that she loves to work with our customers and in time became the Customer Service Supervisor. When Marla is not working, she loves to spend time with her family. Her hobbies would include gardening and taking care of hers 2 dogs, 3 cats, 5 hermit crabs and fish.

Whether it's answering your calls, guiding you and your pet to the exam rooms or checking you in and out quickly, our Client Service representatives and Receptionists are dedicated to providing helpful client and patient support that raises the bar on customer service.
