Dr. Abbey Kordel has been an animal lover since childhood. She is a native of the surrounding Cleveland area and was raised in the neighboring community of Hudson, Ohio. Abbey attended The Ohio State University for her undergraduate studies in Animal Science. Abbey was active in clubs on campus and was a member of the poultry judging team. Upon graduation, she was thrilled to then be accepted into The Ohio State School of Veterinary Medicine. During her studies she worked for a local veterinary hospital in Upper Arlington and obtained tons of hands on experience which served her well. She graduated in May of 2019 upon which accepting the offer to move back to the Cleveland area. Abbey got married in August of 2019 to her husband, Brad. Abbey and Brad have a loving pup named Leonardo, and three cats, Darla, Spanky, and Alfalfa.
