A partnership provides a free exam for new pets adopted from the shelter when they come in within 14 days of adoption. The Dakin Pioneer Valley Humane Society provides shelter, education, advocacy, and assistance for animals and people in need. DPVSH is a private, non-profit organization.

FACES Dog Rescue

A local dog rescue who places unwanted pets in individual foster care until they can be found new homes. Medical care is provided as needed through donations.

Partnership provides a first free exam to puppies and kittens. The Animal Shelter Inc. of Sterling, Ma is a non-profit organization with no time or age restrictions for the pets in their care. The shelter exists to provide humane sheltering and high quality medical care for unwanted pets.

Thomas J. O'Connor Adoption Center

This partnership offers first free exams for puppies and kittens, spay/neuter assistance and medical support. The mission of TJO is to provide comprehensive animal control services and programs to our communities for the protection of animals, public health and safety, and the environment.

Tufts University Pet Loss Support Hotline

The hot line was established in 1996 by veterinary students to provide a community based resource for people to safely grieve the past or impending separation from a pet.
