Dr. Kelsey Bailey joined VCA Northwest Veterinary Specialists in July 2020 after completing an Ophthalmology Internship at MedVet in Columbus, Ohio and a Rotating Internship in Small Animal Medicine and Surgery at Oklahoma State University School of Veterinary Medicine. Dr. Bailey received her doctorate from Louisiana State University School of Veterinary Medicine.
