Dr. Robyn Kasun received her B.S. from UCLA in Los Angeles, CA in 2007 with a major in Biology and a minor in Spanish. She obtained her Doctor of Veterinary Medicine degree from the University of California in Davis, CA in 2013. She then completed a one year rotating internship at an emergency and specialty practice in San Diego, CA before settling down in Portland, OR.

Dr. Kasun has worked as an ER/CC staff veterinarian at VC Northwest Veterinary Specialists since the completion of her formal training; she completed her CCRT (Canine Rehabilitation Therapist Certification) program in 2017. Her rehab interests include post-operative recovery as well as quality of life conditioning in geriatric dogs. Dr. Kasun is excited about the potential of rehabilitation services to help more dogs recover from surgery faster as well as helping injured or physically impaired dogs improve their mobility and quality of life. She is looking forward to adding other supportive modalities in the future such as orthotics, biologic therapies, and sports medicine consults.

Outside of work Dr. Kasun enjoys gardening, exploring the Pacific Northwest and hiking with her dogs, Denali and Rainier
