Dr. Stillian is a Bay Area native, and was born and raised in San Mateo, CA. She completed her undergraduate studies at the University of California Davis, graduating with a Bachelors of Science degree in Animal Science in 2006. She received her Doctor of Veterinary Medicine degree from Western University of Health Sciences College of Veterinary Medicine in Pomona, CA in 2011. Dr. Stillian then completed a year-long small animal rotating internship at VCA Emergency Animal Hospital and Referral Center in San Diego, CA. Shortly thereafter, Dr. Stillian returned to the Bay Area and joined the VCA Palo Alto Animal Hospital staff in 2012. Her special veterinary interests include general medicine, dentistry, soft tissue surgery, senior animal support, and hospice care. Dr. Stillian loves interacting with dogs and cats of all sizes, shapes, and colors, and is the hospital representative for the American Association of Feline Practitioners (AAFP). She is also a member of the California Veterinary Medical Association (CVMA) and American Veterinary Medical Association (AVMA). Dr. Stillian currently lives in Redwood City with her spunky senior DSH cat named Sate and her adorable senior Pomeranian dog named Fiona, aka €œFifi€ (pictured). When not practicing veterinary medicine, Dr. Stillian enjoys Giants baseball (Go Giants!), biking, pleasure reading, going to the lake and/or beach, wine tasting, exploring new places, and daycations.
