Dr. Stephanie Simpson is available for urgent care, wellness, elective surgical, and dentistry appointments. Dr. Simpson grew up on the South Shore in Norwell and attended high school at Notre Dame Academy in Hingham. She received her BS in Biology from Fairfield University in Connecticut, where she was a captain on the equestrian team. She then attended Atlantic Veterinary College at the University of Prince Edward Island in Canada. Dr. Simpson went on to complete a rotating small animal medicine and surgery internship at the VCA South Shore Animal Hospital in Weymouth. She worked as an emergency veterinarian at Massachusetts Veterinary Referral Hospital in Woburn before joining the team at Roberts Animal Hospital. Dr. Simpson’s professional interests include emergency medicine, preventative care including weight management and dental care, and dermatology. She is also a Vizsla and Pointer dog enthusiast. In her free time she enjoys horseback riding, rowing, trail running with her dogs, and the beach any time of the year. Dr. Simpson lives in Scituate with her husband, Matthew, who is also a veterinarian. They have two Vizslas, Sadie and Cisco, and a white cat named Flurry.
