Digital radiography

Radiographs are images produced by passing x-ray energy through the body. The energy that reaches the other side is detected by a plate and converted into an electronic signal. This information is sent to a computer to create a visible image. Digital radiology is time efficient and the electronic files may be stored and viewed on many computers. Image size, brightness and contrast may be altered to enhance anatomic detail.

Our radiographs (x-rays) are produced digitally. This allows us to place your pets images on a c/d that you will take with you to your pets regular veterinarian. You will also have the ability to look on-line to view your pets images.
