April has a deep love and respect for animals and always knew she would one day work in the animal care field. She earned a Bachelor's of Science degree from Mesa State College in 1999, a canine rehabilitation certification (CCRA) in 2016, and has enjoyed working at VCA Tiara Rado for many years within several areas of the hospital. April stepped into the Hospital Manager position in 2019. Married with 3 grown kids and two rescue dogs, April enjoys hiking and loves spending time with her family (and dogs) in Lake Powell. Professional interests include surgery, rehabilitation, laboratory, leadership and client service.
Administration
The hospital administration team consists of management personnel who oversee all staff members, hospital activities and the facilities. Together, they keep the hospital running smoothly, ensuring quality patient care and excellent client service. From the moment you check in, our administrative staff is here to deliver the best possible experience to you and your pet before, during and after your visit.
