Carly Speyer, Associate Veterinarian

Dr. Speyer received her Bachelor's degree from the University of Michigan and her DVM from Tuft's University Cummings School of Veterinary Medicine. After graduating from veterinary school, she completed an intensive small animal internship at VCA South Shore Animal Hospital in South Weymouth, MA. Dr. Speyer then worked as a small animal relief veterinarian in Massachusetts and Rhode Island. After moving to Amherst, Dr. Speyer is excited to settle down and work full time at VCA Wickaboag. She loves the bonds she forms with her patients and their owners and finds them integral to her care as a doctor. Outside of work, Dr. Speyer enjoys spending time with her husband, her sons, and her dog named Betsy. She can also be found enjoying the outdoor lifestyle that the Pioneer Valley has to offer, doing yoga, arts and crafts, photography, and reading a good book.
