James Osborn, Associate Veterinarian

Dr. Jim Osborn B.S., DVM graduated from Kansas State University and began his career with VCA in 1972. He is happily married to his wife Pam since 1976. Together they have four grown children and two grandchildren. They do require their children to live in Tulsa long-term and have been mostly successful. They have been unsuccessful in their efforts with their youngest son who is single and lives in Africa. Dr. Osborn and Pam have been pet parents over the years to 5 Shelties, a Standard Poodle, & a miniature Poodle They recently lost their dog Luke to cancer. He was Dr. Osborne's favorite of the bunch and they have not added any new family members as of yet. Family allergies prevent them from having any feline fur kids. He did grow up with his favorite pet cat Petunia who lived to be 17. The Osborn's live on 4 acres in southwest Tulsa where they spend time together riding lawn mowers, trimming trees, and growing endless beds of flowers. He describes himself as a "medium level handy man" and loves to tinker in the garage and house doing various projects. He also takes delight in doing church work and being involved there.
