Nutritional Counseling

Nutritional needs can vary based on your cat’s age, weight and medical conditions. Cats with certain medical conditions such as liver, kidney, bladder, or heart disease often require specific nutritional therapy to minimize symptoms of their disease. If your cat needs to lose a few pounds, we can come up with a diet plan and ideal calorie count per day.

Other cats that may benefit from nutritional services include new kittens and geriatric (senior) cats. It’s important to make sure that both are getting the right amount of calories and the right balance of nutrients. We are happy to discuss different types of nutrition and supplements that may benefit your cat and allow them to reach or maintain their optimal health level.
