We offer full service pet health care that includes the bathing and grooming of dogs and cats.
Each pet is provided specialized care of its skin and coat. Trained pet health care professionals will complete a special “comment” form detailing grooming suggestions and any comments about your pet.
The bathers and groomers are always on the lookout for anything unusual about your pet’s skin and coat. If anything is noted, the medical staff will be notified and contact you.
We want you and your pet to be happy after their bath or groom. If you have a question or concern, please contact us.
For your pet’s health and safety, we need up to date vaccine information.
Should your pet require vaccines, an IVS veterinarian can perform an exam and update the necessary vaccines the same day of your pet’s bath or groom.
Check-in is between 7am to 9am. Please allow yourself ample time at check-in to provide our admittance staff your requests for your pet’s bath or groom. Our staff will call you when your pet is ready for pick up.
