Arrivals & Departures

Pet Arrivals: We are available for check-ins anytime during our business hours.  Please be sure to always have your pet on a leash or in a pet taxi when entering the lobby.  Upon arrival our staff will need to take an inventory of the items brought.  We will then go over feeding, medication, and extra services.

Pet Food: We always recommend bringing your pets own food but we do have Science Diet here if you prefer.  We also know that some pets use various "scoops" so please be sure if you are using a particular scoop or cup to bring that with you.  Some clients even find it helpful to pre-sort each meal into separate baggies 

Pet Bedding:  As always we welcome items from home that will help your pet feel at home, and we have plenty here if you wish to travel light!  If you are bringing a towel or blanket it may be helpful to bring something that is distinct in color or patterned as a lot of solid towels/blankets resemble each other. 

Toys/Treats: Always welcome!  If possible just write your pet's name on the tag of any toys.

Medication: Please be sure to bring all your pet's medication.  We do ask for all the medication to brought in the original prescription bottle.   Please also remember we DO NOT do any injectable medications.  

Departures:  You are able to pick up your pet anytime during our office hours.  When you arrive we will go over your pets stay and then bring your pet up for checking out.
