Our Team
The friendly, professional staff at VCA Dover Animal Hospital is made up of Dr. Perza, Dr. Gilison, and Dr. Jones, who have made it their mission to help pets live long, healthy lives. To be true to this mission, the hospital team relies on several individuals, 9 technicians/assistants, 6 client service representatives, and 1 hospital manager, each equally important in helping us deliver the best patient and client experience for both you and your pet.

Matthew Perza
Medical Director

Matt Perza has been a veterinarian with VCA Dover Animal Hospital since 2015. He received his Doctorate degree from Mississippi State University College of Veterinary Medicine and his Bachelor of Science degree from University of Delaware. Matt resides locally in Dover with his dog, "Gus", and his cat, "Henry".
