Dr. Jeff Nguyen is a dedicated veterinarian who joined VCA in 2024. He earned his Doctor of Veterinary Medicine degree from Western University of Health Sciences College of Veterinary Medicine in Pomona, California, and went on to complete a rotating internship with VCA Animal Specialty Group in Los Angeles.
Originally from Garden Grove, California, Dr. Nguyen brings a compassionate, patient-centered approach to veterinary care. He has a strong interest in urgent care medicine, particularly in managing common but impactful conditions such as allergies, ear infections, and gastrointestinal issues. He values the opportunity to not only improve the quality of life for his patients but also to strengthen the bond between pets and their owners.
Dr. Nguyen’s professional interests include dermatology and allergy management, where he continues to grow his expertise and provide thoughtful, effective care.
Outside of the hospital, Dr. Nguyen enjoys cooking, baking bread, brewing coffee, and spending time with his three cats—Cali, Skrunky, and Poe.
