The story we're writing together

VCA has been setting the standard of care for decades and continues to move our industry forward through our unwavering commitment to medical excellence. Each hospital carries a sense of pride for the legacy of excellence they’ve built and the stories of service that are deeply connected to their local communities.

We believe the story that each hospital has to tell is as powerful as the one we are writing together. Our strength is collective.

Taking care of your team

We support your team with everything they need to thrive—both professionally and personally. It’s not just the right thing to do, but it builds stronger, more impactful hospitals, which helps us take care of the future of veterinary medicine—together.

Taking care of your legacy

We take a different approach to development —carrying on our shared legacy of collaboration and support with you, your team and your clients. Their joy is our joy, guiding us in how we approach each patient, every day.

Taking care of our future

Twenty years ago, Dr. Todd Lavender sold his hospital to VCA, joining our family and helping, over the years, to shape the global network we are today. Hear more about Dr. Lavender’s story, and about the ways he’s leading toward our purpose of taking care of the future of veterinary medicine.
