Courtney joined VCA as a veterinary assistant in June 2024. She graduated from Harrison College of Veterinary Technology in 2017 and came to VCA Urgent Care because she loved that the hospital offers quick and easily accessible care to pets who can’t see their primary veterinarian but also don’t meet the criteria for an ER visit. She loves helping pets feel better, and she also values supporting pet owners emotionally during stressful times. She is patient and understanding, offering insight into the health issues they’re facing through education and compassion. Courtney enjoys reading medical journals and studies, attending Continuing Education courses, and continually growing her knowledge to provide the best possible care.
On a personal note, Courtney proudly became an aunt for the first time and loves sharing pictures of her nephew! She enjoys spending time with her sister watching horror movies, swimming in the summer, and bowling in the winter.
