Arrivals:

Please download and fill out our Care Instructions and Boarding Contract prior to arrival to make check-in easier. You may bring it with you at drop off or email it ahead of time to [email protected].

Departures:

Check out is at the end of business Monday through Saturday. If a pet is not picked up on the scheduled departure date, VCA Premier will attempt to contact the owner to make other arrangements.

Personal Belongings:

For our guests, we provide all bedding, bowls and dietary needs unless otherwise specified. Therefore, we strongly discourage any personal belongings at the resort. In the event that you would like to bring your own belongings, please note that VCA Premier will not be held responsible for any damaged or lost items. If you have questions about this, please discuss with the admitting technician. Leashes and collars may not be left at any time.
