Brooke Pauley is a dedicated care concierge with a passion for building meaningful connections with both clients and their pets. Originally from Arizona, Brooke brings warmth, enthusiasm, and a genuine love for animals to every interaction, making her an important part of the client experience.
At home, Brooke cares for a diverse group of animals, including a tegu named Astalos, multiple leopard geckos, a crested gecko, parakeets, a corn snake, tarantulas, and two dogs. This hands-on experience with a wide variety of species reflects her deep interest in animal care and her comfort working with both traditional and exotic pets.
Outside of work, Brooke enjoys hobbies such as reptiles, anime, Dungeons & Dragons and softball. Her interests highlight both her creativity and her appreciation for teamwork and community.
Brooke especially enjoys getting to know people and their pets, and she takes pride in helping create positive, supportive experiences for every client. She hopes to continue growing in the veterinary field and looks forward to expanding her skills to work more closely with cats, dogs, and exotic animals.
