Hailey Thomsen is a care concierge who joined VCA in February 2025. She is passionate about creating positive experiences for both clients and their pets, bringing warmth, enthusiasm, and a genuine love for animals to her role.
At home, she cares for a diverse group of pets, including a black cat named Lae’zel, a dog named Sam, a ball python named Armanda, and a leopard gecko named Hange. Her experience with both traditional and exotic pets reflects her broad interest in animal care.
Outside of work, Hailey enjoys reading, writing, attending concerts and conventions, and gaming. She values creativity and community, which carry over into her interactions with clients and coworkers alike.
Hailey especially loves getting to help the “best boys and girls” at work and takes pride in supporting their health and happiness. She hopes to continue growing in the veterinary field and is working toward becoming a veterinary technician in the future.
