Boarding Policies

  • We require all reservations be made prior to animals being dropped off at our facility. Please call anytime during business hours to check availability or make reservations.
  • In order to board with us, we require Rabies, Distemper, Bordetella and Canine Influenza vaccines for canine guests. For feline guests, we require Rabies and Distemper. These vaccines must be done at least 48 hours prior to check in.
  • Please make yourself aware of our regular business hours as well as any holiday hours. Boarding arrivals must be dropped off one half hour prior to closing. If you have any questions, please ask a receptionist.
  • Please bring all medications in their original containers. We will record instructions upon check in. There is a $2.33 charge per day for medication administration.
  • Feel free to bring any toys, treats or personal items for your pet to make their stay more comfortable. We will record all belongings at check in. You may bring your own bedding, but please be advised this bedding can become soiled or may be misplaced in the process of cleaning. Large dog beds may not be able to be laundered. Towels, sheets and blankets work best.
  • We strive to provide the best care and compassion for your pets. If at any time your pet requires medical treatment during their stay, we will first attempt to contact the emergency number provided to inform you of the situation. Our veterinary staff will then provide the necessary medical treatment for your pet. (Please see Medical Release)
  • During busy summer months and holidays, grooming and bathing appointments book quickly. If you would like either of these services while boarding, it is advisable to book well in advance.

We appreciate your cooperation and understanding of our policies to provide fair and timely service to all.
