CareClub Membership Enrollment Information

  1. You have 30 days to activate your CareClub® Wellness Plan by visiting your selected VCA hospital. If the CareClub Wellness Plan is not activated within 30 days, you will need to enroll in a new CareClub Wellness Plan and your initial CareClub Wellness Plan will not be effective. The Terms of your CareClub Wellness Plan, including, without limitation, its pricing and services, are subject to change until activated by your selected VCA hospital. 
  2. Your first monthly payment will not be charged until your CareClub Wellness Plan is activated. You will need to provide a credit card to process your monthly reoccurring payments at your initial visit with your selected VCA hospital.
  3. THIS CARECLUB WELLNESS PLAN IS A ONE-YEAR PLAN AND IT WILL AUTOMATICALLY RENEW FOR SUBSEQUENT ONE-YEAR PERIODS ON EACH ANNIVERSARY OF YOUR PLAN UNLESS YOU PROVIDE NOTICE OF NON-RENEWAL. YOU CAN TURN OFF AUTO-RENEWAL PRIOR TO YOUR RENEWAL IN YOUR MYVCA ACCOUNT OR BY CONTACTING YOUR VCA HOSPITAL. ANY PRICE INCREASES WILL BE COMMUNICATED TO YOU PRIOR TO YOUR RENEWAL AND YOUR CREDIT CARD WILL CONTINUE TO BE CHARGED UPON RENEWAL.
