Raised in the Willamette Valley, Kyle has over 35 years of management experience in the veterinary industry. He has served as the executive director for an association of equine practitioners, has contributed to several national veterinary management magazines, and has his own consulting business teaching veterinary dental radiology and helping others improve their management skills. He's served as a city councilor for 12 years and as mayor for 6 years in his hometown of Silverton.
Originally hired as the hospital manager of VCA Salem Animal Hospital, Kyle helped rebrand and launch VCA River Road Animal Clinic as an Urgent Care location and now manages that hospital, as well as nearby VCA Keizer Veterinary Hospital.
He and his wife, Julie, have raised two adult children and are proud grandparents to two teenagers. They currently share their household with a challenging Jack Russell terrier named Pyper.
