Arrival Information
- Our boarding consent form will need to be filled out prior to, or at, drop-off.
- If you are providing food for our pet(s), we ask for it to be portioned in baggies and labeled with their name.
- Medications and supplements need to be in their original container. Do not place any medications or supplements in the food you are providing.
- If your pet is receiving medical services during their stay, please allow time at drop-off for a medical staff member to discuss it with you.
- We provide everything your pet will need. Leaving personal belongings, i.e. toys, blankets, bedding, etc., is allowed but discouraged due to sanitation and orderliness requirements. If you have questions about this, please discuss them with the admitting staff member. The facility is not responsible for any items that are lost or soiled.
Departure Information
- If picking up during peak times, i.e. 7:00 am to 9:00 am and 2:00 pm to 5:00 pm, it is encouraged to pre-pay for your pet’s boarding stay. This will lower your wait time during the pick-up process.
- If you are having someone else pick up your pet, please inform the staff of who it will be and also make sure payment has been taken care of.
- Please make sure you were provided all of your pet’s belongings/medications prior to leaving the facility.
