Monday - Sunday: 8:00 am - 6:00 pm
Charges are incurred per calendar day/per pet and include the day of drop-off and pick-up, regardless of time of drop-off/pick-up. Please allow 15-20 minutes for your resort check in. During holiday weekends and summer, we often have numerous check-ins, so please be prepared for a little extra time and plan accordingly.
