Monday - Friday: 8:00 am - 6:00 pm
Saturday: 8:00 am - 1:00 pm
Sunday: Closed

Drop-Off, Pick-Up & Extended Stays

• Pets may only be dropped off or picked up during regular business hours.
• If you cannot pick up your pet as scheduled, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance.
  • If no notice is given and space is unavailable, we reserve the right to charge double for additional nights under hospitalization care.
• If your pet is not picked up within 5 days of the scheduled date and no communication is made, your pet may be considered abandoned as defined by Utah state law.
