Dr. Nicole Kovacs grew up in New Jersey and always had a love for animals. She obtained her Bachelor of Science in Biology from Ursinus College in Pennsylvania in 2014. She then went on to obtain her Doctorate of Veterinary Medicine from Virginia-Maryland College of Veterinary Medicine and graduated in 2019. From there, Dr. Kovacs moved up to Connecticut where she worked for a mixed general practice/ER. Here, she realized her true passion for emergency medicine and came to join our hospital.
In her free time, Dr. Kovacs enjoys traveling, hiking, CrossFit, snowboarding, and photography. She also loves spending time with her 5 cats and 2 dogs
