Dr. Lisa Keno is a board certified specialist in Internal Medicine with deep roots in the veterinary world. Originally from upstate New York, she earned both her undergraduate and veterinary degrees from Cornell University. She went on to complete a one-year internship at Oradell Animal Hospital in Paramus, NJ, followed by a two-year Internal Medicine residency at The Animal Medical Center in New York City.
Dr. Keno was part of the VCA family from 2009 to 2017, and she's excited to now be back—offering her Internal Medicine expertise at VCA Veterinary Specialists of Connecticut.
She lives on a small farm with her partner, two horses, two dogs, three house cats, and one barn cat. Outside of work, she enjoys horseback riding, walking, skiing, kayaking, and traveling.
