Chad has been in the veterinary field since 2010. He started doing kennel help and maintenance, and worked his way up over the years to where he is now, a certified veterinary technician and team lead. Chad has worked at VCA MECA for the majority of his career; he spent about two years working at a specialty hospital doing anesthesia and surgery, where he grew a new appreciation for being an anesthetist. He says VCA MECA has always felt like home, and he returned to the team in 2021. Chad is married and has a son named Cash. He also has two cats, Luci and Mocha, and an Australian Shepherd named Jax. Besides work and raising his son, Chad is an avid sports fan (Packers, Bucks, Brewers, and Badgers) and enjoys spending his free time reading/watching anything horror, playing video games, and hanging out at the local pub shooting pool.
