Wellness Exams

A wellness exam is an overall general health assessment that includes: a complete physical exam, immunizations, diagnostic blood tests, and blood/fecal parasite screening. For our maturing adult pets, a wellness exam will include more expanded diagnostic blood tests and a urinalysis. In many cases, a wellness examination can help detect the early stages of disease. Wellness exams are recommended for most pets at least annually, but often every 6 months for senior pets and pets with chronic health issues. A wellness exam can help ensure your pet's health and provide opportunity for early detection and treatment of various health conditions.
