Dr. Amy Troendle was born and raised in San Antonio, Texas. She received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Biology with a minor in Chemistry from St. Mary's University in 2004 and her veterinary medical degree from Ross University of Veterinary Medicine in 2010. After veterinary school, she then completed a one year rotating small animal internship at the Veterinary Medical Center of Long Island.
Upon completion of her internship, Dr. Troendle moved to Dallas to be closer to family, where she has since worked in emergency medicine. She joined the ADC team in the winter of 2018 as the overnight hospitalist.
In her spare time, Dr. Troendle can be found playing sand volleyball, running, and doing various arts and crafts.
