Dr. Gabrielle Orsini was born in Puerto Rico and grew up mostly in Arizona. She graduated from Northern Arizona University in 2015 with a Bachelor of Science in Biology with Minors in Chemistry and Anthropology. Continuing to escape the heat, Dr. Orsini then attended the College of Veterinary Medicine at Colorado State University. Wanting to give back to the community that supported her throughout her childhood and be closer to family, Dr. Orsini returned to Arizona. Dr. Orsini pursued a six-month internship at VCA Civano Animal Hospital and Emergency Center where she honed her skills in general practice and explored emergency medicine. She is excited to be a part of the Civano family as a small animal GP doctor and continue to provide great care for all her patients! Her goals include growing into emergency medicine to take care of critical patients and continuing to develop as a surgeon. Throughout her career, she has been supported by her fiancée. When Dr. Orsini is not working, she loves to try anything artistic and finding new hobbies; currently, she is making costumes, drawing, and painting figures during her free time.
